Haven’t seen Shakira much over the last few years. In fact I think this appearance at Cannes is the first red carpet appearance I’ve notice quite a while. Suffice to say she has kept her gorgeous legs toned and shapely. She looks beautiful in a strapless thigh high slit black dress and ankle strap high heels. Hopefully this is the start of more appearance on the red carpet circuit.
